When I change Caller ID it then says Unregistered and I can’t place any calls. I still can’t change the Caller ID.
I now have the same issue
It’s now permanently saying “Unregistered” and clicking the “Connect” button does nothing

As soon as I change the caller ID it goes unregistered. So, I can’t change it without the account stopping working

hi i am haveing promlens with caller ID it wont change it its says failed it has worked before only if i sign out and come in, But now it does not work , Are they haveing promlemns if they are I hope it gets done ASAP.
are you trying to change it to a toll-free number? if so, that won’t work.
no i am not calling 800 numbers i am trying change the caller id and keeps failed are promlens with caller id please help
needs to be in the format 2125551234 and not start with 800 or 855, etc
