Yesterday morning about 10 am UK gmt
Are you sure? I don’t see any call attempts for you yesterday. Last I see are the 12th.
I may have been using other accounts as I thought it was an account issue. I can make a video for you when I get home if you like ?
If you try lorddialer or blade ? They may have more accurate call logs
Here is a video of the problem happening , my main account has been locked.
so im guessing i can no longer use fire rtc then? as it seems there is no fix for this ?
Try another browser. I got this problem, I tried (opera) and that worked fine. Chrome seems to be causing the issue.
ahhh thanks, i downloaded firefox and it seems to work fine, i wonder why this happened all of a sudden ?
No idea.
Browsers update all the time. We try and stay ahead of changes, but there are other factors (OS, etc) as well that may cause issues.
I think you need to update your system’s. Opera, Chrome, Edge All don’t work now with fireRTC.
What OS and what version of browser. We have been unable to replicate the issue here.
Google Chrome 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable) Revision 4fd852a98d66564c88736c017b0a0b0478e885ad-refs/branch-heads/3202@{#789} OS Windows 10 Pro JavaScript V8 6.2.414.42
One wild guess would be that somehow multiple audio devices are being detected and it’s playing the audio through that but it’s not actually audible. We just use the first audio device returned by the code. Does you hear the phone ringing as well? Can you run this on chrome and firefox and post the results? https://www.webrtc-experiment.com/DetectRTC/
Did make a video of this a bit ago, i can hear the phone ring, i can hear the soundboard, but when the line answers no audio, tried on vm’s, my pc. my laptop, my phone, all the same
I just unlocked your main account. If you use that one I can look at the debug information. These are all on the same network?
yes they are al on the same network, il log on and make some calls
made some calls
I see them. They look okay but I don’t see your internal ice candidate addresses. That may or may not be important. Do you know how to use the developer console in chrome or firefox? If so, I can turn debugging for you and we can look at the output.
I’ve been following this thread for awhile now as I am having the same issues and have had it for a few weeks. I have exactly the same problem as Blade but I am on a different OS. Google Chrome: Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) OS: Windows 7 64Bit Home
