I’ve been getting this error for the last 3 days now… Anybody else that’s has a working account getting this? I can get past the warning but I’m afraid to actually try and sign in…
I was getting this too… apparently their https certificate expired on the 12th. However, the website works for me now. Is it back and working again for everyone else?
I actually checked before I made this post and it was expired… After I seen your response I checked both the app and website and both are up… Looks like the forums are still showing as expired for some reason… I’m still leary though cause the app doesn’t look like it used for some some reason
So… I can get my mic to work on other people’s meets but it won’t work 5 out of 7 times on my own meets.
Weird. Even when the problem was occuring I didn’t see any “expired certificate” popups on firertc.com or these forums. Only on phone.firertc.com and app.firertc.com which made placing any calls impossible.
I have an expired Certificate and Certificate propagation. I have roll back the date to make it work. I also used the Certificate Tool to no avail. The expiration date is 08/14.
Am a senior that uses it for communication with family. Now isolated unless I can get my Certificate updated
Try cleaning your browser cache… My problem actually went away on its own somehow… I’m thinking that even though the admins are not allowing sign-ups, they are still maintaining the servers for the ones that have accounts…
Try rolling your system time back to 8/11/20, then try to access the phone. If it works you can probably switch back the system time to the current one. If it doesn’t, try clearing your browser cache.
@dandmadman use any other service like textnow that works on all platforms including iOS/Android. It’s more reliable and works like a normal phone. Also, you’ll get your own phone number through that app so your family can call you back, too.
