The following instructions may seem complicated, but they are actually quite easy.
-
Find your recorded call (FireRTC sends you a link via e-mail for your recorded calls, or look at your FireRTC call log and find the recorded call in the list of calls).
-
On the playback screen with the wave form showing on your computer, right click your browser’s settings menu icon ≡ then select Developer Tools > Page Source (exact path differs depending on your browser).
-
Find (ctl + f) the the line with the file extension: mp3 to locate the http URL of your recorded call in the page HTML source code.
-
Highlight, COPY and PASTE this link into a new browser tab.
-
Now you should have a generic audio player displayed on your screen in a new browser tab. Right click the progress bar of this audio file and select SAVE AUDIO AS… (give the mp3 file download a descriptive name and save to your computer disk).
You can go back to step #1 to download other audio files.
