Looks like a recent update in our fraud detection software caused some accounts to be locked by mistake. We believe we have fixed the issue, and accounts should be getting locked by mistake less frequently.
If im not allowed to reply here, someone tell me but I think i’ve been locked out. Everytime I try to call it says ‘‘Unavailable’’

Im trying to call a scam number in georgia. It worked the first times (about 15) and I think I exceded the call limit.

nick100000 is my username. I can make calls after about a 5-9 hour period then I think I exceed the call limit.
You’re account is definitely not locked. It looks like you were making too many calls in too short a period. We limit that too. Also, I see that sometimes the number you were calling flat out didn’t work. It could be a problem on the number you were calling. Typically these toll free numbers can only support so many calls before they give an unavailable. You guys were tying up all their phone lines!

We have unlocked you. For limits, see the post above “we allow unlimited amounts of calls to US toll free numbers, but we limit non-toll free calls to 50 per day”, We also limit to 5 call attempts per minute.

if sergal can make a suggestion, it’d be a good idea to post limits and stuff per-account on either the account settings page or on the telephone page so you don’t find yourself responding and having to unlock everyone’s accounts every once in awhile

Hi, my account was locked also. I first believed that I had reached the call limit, but I had only been calling the test service multiple times to test microphone settings.
