FireRTC website and ability to use FireRTC has been down for a long time this morning and is still not operational. Is there any method of contact to advise Buddy or someone who is not otherwise busy who is able to attend to bringing the FireRTC utility back online? Perhaps make a button to click on the site?
The goal is to alert Buddy and/or others who can attend to this recurring problem. With no apparent alert, the FireRTC utility may stay down for hours until someone notices. If there is an alert on Buddy’s end, it would be nice to also alert us users that the utility is down rather than having us unnecessarily tinker with settings and the like to no avail, thinking the problem is on the user’s end.
