I understand the policy enacted on new accounts, but why limit established accounts which have yet to break the TOS agreements. I’ve used this account only a few times over the past few months, only to test the service by calling my own cell, and yet my account has been limited to set of numbers to which i have zero use from.
So now im stuck, with my worthless account, with no 1-800 numbers to call… stuck with these bullshit limitations with 0 chance of having the lockout removed.
And for the record, i registered the account using my comcast email address, so it doesn’t seem to matter where your email account is from. The account is atleast 8 months old, based on first call.
