Shadia67, this is the issue to point out with your original post.
You didn’t just let us know of illegal activity being used on the FIRERTC website, you are saying we are ‘allowing’ a user to do this when this is the first time we have heard of this situation.
That is like a mobile activated bomb going off and people blaming Nokia for allowing the terrorist to dial the number. We do not assist or have knowledge of IRS scammers using the service.
User Accounts and phone calls are private, we do not listen into other users conversations so saying we’re allowing them to do this is ridiculous. If we have information showing an account using the service illegally, steps will be taken to ensure that person can not access the website.
And as I’ve said before, we need more information or evidence that this activity is taking place otherwise it is in of its self baseless.
