This is a bit ridiculous. FireRTC has not been accepting accounts for over 2 years now.
Instead of forcing users to wait, why not just make a PROPER sign up system?
Yes, it will be a bit of more work for FireRTC staff, but this would be a great way to prevent anyone from making these “bombing” calls or anything.
Here are my recommendations:
- When a new user signs up, they are required to give any sort or type of ID.
- All calls should be recorded.
- The developers of FireRTC should implement a call scanner to listen through calls. If there is any suspicious activity, The call scanner will maybe send a notification or something which alerts the staff.
- If there is any suspicious calls with proof, now that the staff would have the ID’s of all users, the user which has been doing suspicious activity can be reported legally with all ID and information.
Look, idk how long it will take you to do this type of system, but I can guarantee that if this system was implemented earlier then we would not be sitting here for 2 years, waiting for the developers to fix this thing just because a dumb person made these nuisance calls.
Also, it is quarantine, and everyone is just dying inside and being bored. Why dont you just open the accounts up so we can all have fun again and also us workers at Iosa can do our jobs again?
