I can log into my FireRTC account on my computer and on my cell phone, but each time when I click on the Phone button to make a phone call it goes through an “initializing” step, and then I get an “unregistered” error (see screen shot below). Clicking on the Connect button doesn’t do anything.
Joe I have the same Unregistered error as well. Hopefully it’s something FireRTC will fix soon. Same thing as you on pc and cellphone get the same error.

As of this morning 8/15/19 (USA EST) FireRTC is back up and running for me (no “unregistered” error any more). I don’t know what the problem was, but if someone at FireRTC did something to make it work again, then THANKS!!!

I usually get the same error message unregistered (connect), and have to keep trying usually a day at the the most.
